At PEPTARO, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or refrigerated products for safety and quality reasons.
Returns may only be accepted if:
- The product is unopened and unused.
- The product is returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The product remains in its original packaging.
- The customer provides proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the product.
- Photos of the shipping package.
Once verified, we will offer either:
- A replacement product, or
- A full refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by PEPTARO.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Opened or used products.
- Products damaged by improper storage or handling after delivery.
- Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Delayed deliveries caused by the courier after shipment.
- Products returned without prior authorization.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
